How we facilitate training

Our teach workshops deliver tools, techniques and behaviours essential to facilitate people in problem solving projects. We cover project scoping insight, ideas and implementation.

We combine disciplines from engineering, innovation, social science and human-centred design thinking. This is fused with our extensive experience of facilitating hundreds of projects with global brands.

We don’t spout clever academic theory or share distracting business models. Our teach workshops get people actively problem solving and bridge the capability gap using practical learning.

What we teach

We teach new approaches to facilitating creative workshops using a mixture of generic business challenges and live examples.

We use illustration, videos and live practice for all. Participants work as a team, in pairs and in small groups to land learning. There is also reflective time for participants to develop their facilitation style.
